Return Policy For Elizabeth Lynn's Handmade Unique Wearable Art Designs
Return/Exchange Policy For Finished Wearable Art Jewelry Designs
Elizabeth Lynn, Ph.D. sells handmade wearable art jewelry designs.
You may return or exchange your jewelry purchases within fourteen days minus shipping costs, as long as you return them in the same condition as when you received them.
If you want to exchange your purchases for different pieces, you must return the original piece(s) within fourteen days minus shipping costs. In order to receive a refund, your original jewelry purchase must be returned in the same condition as when you received it from us.
After we receive the piece(s) you want to exchange, we will apply the difference in cost to the piece(s) you want to purchase. If the piece(s) you want to purchase are more expensive, we will process and send an invoice to you for the difference plus shipping costs. Once you pay the invoice, we will ship your new purchase(s) within 72 hours.
If you want to purchase pieces that are less expensive than your original purchase(s), we will process a refund minus shipping costs. Once we process your refund, we will send an invoice showing the refund amount as well as the shipping cost. Once you pay the shipping cost, if it is greater than the refund amount, we will ship your new purchase(s) within 72 hours.
Policy For Commissioned Wearable Art Jewelry Designs
If, after a free jewelry consultation, you commission us to design and make wearable art jewelry designs for you, a 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of completion prior to shipping the commissioned piece(s) to you. We will schedule another online meeting with you prior to shipping your commissioned pieces to show you the completed designs.
If you are not completely satisfied, you do not have to pay the 50% balance that is due and we will not ship the commissioned pieces to you.
However, we cannot refund the 50% deposit you paid at the time of purchase because we spend some of those funds on materials needed to fulfill your order and some of those funds on the time we spend designing and making your piece(s). We hope you understand why we cannot refund 100% of your commissioned orders.
However, we expect that you will be 110% satisfied with your commissioned piece(s)!
